1 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User", "Player", "you") and 939bat ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform"), governing your access to and use of the 939bat website located at https://939bat.cam and all associated services, features, content and functionality available therein.

939bat is an online betting and gaming information platform. By accessing, browsing or registering on the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, each of which is incorporated by reference into this Agreement.

This Agreement is written in English. In the event of any ambiguity arising from translation or localisation, the English-language version shall prevail. All correspondence and formal communications with 939bat must be conducted in English.

2 Definitions

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms have the meanings assigned to them below:

3 Acceptance of Terms

By creating an Account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise accessing any feature of the Platform, you confirm your unconditional acceptance of this Agreement. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your Account.

Your continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Agreement. 939bat will notify registered Users of material changes via email or a prominent notice on the Platform. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

These Terms apply to all Users regardless of their country of access. However, it is your sole responsibility to ensure that your participation complies with the laws of your jurisdiction. In Pakistan, gambling activity is subject to the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977, and potentially other applicable provincial statutes. 939bat does not represent that use of the Platform is lawful in Pakistan or any other specific jurisdiction.

4 Account Eligibility

To be eligible to register and maintain an Account on 939bat, you must meet all of the following requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the applicable operator or licence jurisdiction at the time of registration and for the duration of your use of the Platform.
• You must be a natural person (not a legal entity, corporation or other organisation) acting in your own capacity.
• You must not be accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not be a current or former employee, contractor, director, officer or close associate of 939bat or any affiliated technology provider.
• You must not have been previously excluded, suspended or banned from the Platform under these Terms or under any self-exclusion programme.
• You must not be registered as a problem gambler or self-excluded individual under any recognised scheme that applies to the Platform's licensing jurisdiction.

5 Account Registration

5.1 One Account Per Person

Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) registered Account on the Platform. The creation of multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of any associated balances, including Real Money Balances, subject to investigation.

5.2 Accuracy of Registration Information

You are required to provide accurate, complete and current information at the time of registration, including your legal name, date of birth, residential address and contact details. Providing false, misleading or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.

5.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. 939bat will never request your password by email, live chat, telephone or any other channel. If you suspect unauthorised access to your Account, you must notify us immediately at [email protected]. 939bat accepts no liability for losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials.

5.4 KYC Verification

939bat reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage of the Account lifecycle, including but not limited to: government-issued photo identification, proof of residential address (dated within three months), and source-of-funds documentation. Failure to provide requested KYC documents within the timeframe specified may result in temporary Account restriction or closure.

6 Deposits & Withdrawals

6.1 Deposit Methods

The Platform presents a range of payment method references familiar to Pakistani users, including mobile wallet options (such as Easypaisa and JazzCash), instant transfer services (such as Raast), and bank transfer options (such as HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah). The mention of these payment methods does not constitute an endorsement by, affiliation with, or confirmation of operational support from any of the named providers. Actual deposit method availability must be verified at the time of Account use and is subject to change.

6.2 Minimum and Maximum Transactions

Minimum deposit amounts, maximum deposit limits, minimum withdrawal thresholds and maximum withdrawal amounts are subject to the operator's current schedule of limits, which may vary by payment method and Account verification status. These figures are presented on the Platform's banking pages and are subject to change without advance notice.

6.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the following conditions: (a) the Account must have passed all applicable KYC verification requirements; (b) no active bonus wagering requirement must remain uncleared, unless the User elects to forfeit the bonus; (c) the withdrawal must be made using a payment method previously verified and linked to the Account; and (d) the Platform's processing timelines apply, which vary by payment method.

6.4 Currency

Unless otherwise specified, transactions on the Platform are conducted in the currency configured for the User's Account. Pakistani Rupee (PKR) is the primary reference currency for Pakistani users. Exchange rate conversions, where applicable, are subject to the rate applied at the time of the transaction, which may differ from mid-market rates.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

7.1 General Bonus Conditions

All bonuses, free bets, enhanced odds offers, cashback promotions and other promotional offers provided by 939bat are subject to specific terms that are communicated at the time of the offer. These specific terms supplement and, in the event of conflict, take precedence over the general bonus conditions set out in this section.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless expressly stated otherwise, bonus funds are subject to a wagering (rollover) requirement before any associated winnings become withdrawable. The wagering requirement is expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount. For example, a 30x wagering requirement on a PKR 1,000 bonus requires the User to place PKR 30,000 in qualifying bets before withdrawal eligibility is established. Wagering requirements may apply to the bonus amount alone, or to the combined deposit and bonus amount, as stated in the specific offer terms.

7.3 Maximum Bet During Bonus Activity

While a bonus is active on your Account, a maximum per-stake or per-spin limit applies. Placing bets in excess of this limit — commonly expressed as a fixed PKR amount per bet — may result in the cancellation of the active bonus and forfeiture of associated bonus funds and winnings. The maximum bet limit for each promotion is stated in the specific offer terms.

7.4 Game Contribution

Not all game categories contribute equally to the satisfaction of a wagering requirement. Slot games typically contribute 100%, while table games, live casino titles and certain other game types may contribute at a lower rate or not at all. The contribution schedule applicable to each promotion is provided in the specific offer terms. Users are responsible for checking contribution rates before selecting games during bonus activity.

7.5 Bonus Expiry

Bonuses that have not been fully wagered within the period specified in the offer terms will expire automatically. Upon expiry, the bonus funds and any associated winnings are forfeited. It is the User's responsibility to track active bonus expiry deadlines.

7.6 Bonus Abuse

939bat actively monitors for patterns of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: wagering patterns designed to exploit promotional terms without genuine engagement; coordinated bonus claiming across multiple accounts; and the use of hedging strategies during bonus activity that exploit wagering requirements without normal risk exposure. Accounts found to be engaged in bonus abuse may have promotional eligibility withdrawn, bonuses cancelled and accounts suspended.

8 Betting Rules

8.1 Acceptance of Bets

All bets are accepted at the sole discretion of 939bat. The Platform reserves the right to decline, restrict or void any bet at any time, including where: (a) the bet exceeds applicable stake limits; (b) there is reasonable suspicion of match-fixing or corrupt activity; (c) system errors have resulted in incorrect odds being displayed; or (d) the User is suspected of using automated betting systems, bots or data feeds to gain an unfair advantage.

8.2 Cricket, PSL and ICC Markets

Cricket betting markets — including PSL T20 matches, ICC tournament fixtures, bilateral series and domestic competitions — are governed by the specific cricket betting rules published on the Platform. These rules address scenarios including but not limited to: match abandonment, rain interruptions, player substitutions, revised targets under Duckworth-Lewis-Stern methodology, and early result settlements. Users are required to familiarise themselves with these rules before placing cricket bets.

8.3 Odds Errors

Where an obviously erroneous price has been published due to a technical or human error — a price materially inconsistent with market consensus at the time of bet acceptance — 939bat reserves the right to void bets placed at the erroneous odds and to settle them at the correct odds or refund the stake. 939bat will take reasonable steps to identify and rectify odds errors promptly.

8.4 In-Play Betting

In-play (live) betting markets are subject to suspension or closure at any time in response to developing match events. Bets placed on markets that close before settlement due to an in-play event may be voided or settled according to applicable event rules. Connection speeds and device performance affect the timeliness of in-play bet placement; 939bat accepts no liability for bets not accepted due to latency issues.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform. Breach of this clause may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering or maintaining more than one Account on the Platform (multi-accounting).
• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the Platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other unlawful financial activity.
• Placing bets using stolen payment methods, fraudulent credit instruments or funds obtained through unlawful means.
• Using automated betting systems, bots, scripts or other artificial tools to place bets or manipulate game outcomes.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches or vulnerabilities — any such incidents must be reported to 939bat immediately.
• Colluding with other players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in poker, table games or sports betting markets.
• Engaging in any activity that constitutes match-fixing, insider information trading, or corruption in relation to sports events on which bets are placed.
• Threatening, harassing or abusing 939bat staff or other platform users through any communication channel.
• Attempting to access another User's Account without authorisation.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, data feeds, odds presentations and compilation of information — is the property of 939bat or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, redistribute, reverse engineer, decompile, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any part of the Platform without express prior written consent from 939bat.

The 939bat brand name, logo and associated marks are proprietary identifiers of the Platform. Unauthorised use of these marks in any context — including third-party websites, social media or promotional materials — is prohibited.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 939bat, its officers, employees, licensors and technology partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill.
• Platform unavailability due to technical issues, maintenance, cyberattacks or Force Majeure events.
• Losses arising from the use of third-party payment providers, including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast or any banking institution.
• Losses attributable to your failure to comply with these Terms, including eligibility requirements or responsible-gambling obligations.
• Errors or omissions in game information, odds data, RTP figures or bonus terms where such information is provided in good faith.

Nothing in this clause shall limit 939bat's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law. 939bat's total aggregate liability to any User shall not exceed the total value of that User's deposits in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12 Responsible Gambling

939bat is committed to promoting responsible gambling across all aspects of its Platform. Gambling is a form of entertainment and should be approached as such — it is not a reliable source of income and carries inherent financial risk.

The following responsible-gambling tools are available to all registered Users through their Account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit to your Account.
• Loss Limits: Restrict the maximum amount you can lose within a defined period.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after a pre-set duration of continuous play.
• Cool-off Periods: Take a temporary break from gambling activity without full self-exclusion.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a period of access restriction, during which you will be unable to log in, deposit or place bets. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and their duration is set by the User at the time of request.

The Platform is strictly for adults. Users aged under 18 (or the higher minimum applicable in the licence jurisdiction) must not register or access gambling services. Where there is any doubt about a User's age, we reserve the right to suspend the Account and request age-verification documentation.

13 Account Suspension & Termination

13.1 By 939bat

939bat reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time and without prior notice where: (a) the User has breached any provision of this Agreement; (b) 939bat has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent, criminal or abusive activity; (c) the User's Account poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or other Users; or (d) required by applicable law, regulatory instruction or court order.

Upon Account closure for breach, 939bat reserves the right to withhold all or part of any balance pending the outcome of an investigation. Where fraud or criminal activity is confirmed, balances may be forfeited and the matter referred to relevant authorities.

13.2 By the User

You may request Account closure at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Prior to closure, any outstanding wagering requirements applicable to active bonuses will be assessed. Where no bonus is active, your available Real Money Balance will be processed for withdrawal subject to standard verification requirements.

14 Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This Agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it or its subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 939bat is registered and/or licensed to operate. Details of the applicable licensing jurisdiction are disclosed in the Platform's footer and licensing information section where applicable.

Users accessing the Platform from Pakistan acknowledge that Pakistan has significant gambling restrictions under the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 and other applicable statutes, and that the governing law of this Agreement does not affect the application of Pakistani law to their conduct or participation.

15 Amendments to These Terms

939bat reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they significantly affect your rights or obligations under this Agreement — 939bat will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice via email to your registered address or through a prominent notice on the Platform.

Non-material amendments (including corrections to typographical errors, clarifications of existing provisions, or updates to contact information) may be made without specific notice. The date of the most recent revision is indicated in the "Last Updated" field at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with an amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure.
